Disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein has flown to an exclusive Arizona treatment clinic saying he has to get help after more than 30 women including some of the biggest stars accused him of sexual assault, harassment or rape.

Outside his daughter's home, Weinstein told reporters he's "hanging in there".

"Guys, I'm not doing okay but I'm trying. I gotta get help, guys. You know what, we all make mistakes. A second chance, I hope," he said.

But as Weinstein jetted off to  and exclusive treatment clinic in arizona, the scandal engulfing him keeps getting bigger.

Actress and model Cara Delevigne claimed today Weinstein tried to kiss her as she left his hotel room.

And Kate Beckinsdale alleged she was summoned to Weinstein's hotel and offered alcohol when she was just 17.

She said he opened the door in his bathrobe, "I left, uneasy but unscathed".

Many of the allegations are strikingly similar, taking place in hotel rooms, involving requests for massages or to watch Weinstein shower.

Weinstein is denying any "non-consensual sex" with the women.

Sex crime detectives in New York City are now investigating a 2004 sexual assault complaint against Weinstein and are reaching out to other potential victims to see if they want to make a formal complaint against him.

And unlike the Bill Cosby case, there is no statute of limitations in New York state, meaning historic allegations can be tried if there's a provable case.

A second investigation is underway in London over an alleged incident in the 1980s.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences meets on Saturday (Sunday NZT) to discuss the allegations and weigh whether to expel the man who it has awarded 81 Oscars.
